We deliver to cities and towns using Courier Post. Small deliveries to Rural (RD) addresses are sent via NZ Post (unless courier requested). We also deliver to PO Boxes if preferred.  Please include your RD number if you are in a rural area .  Include as much information as you can to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible.

Please allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery.  Even though we allow up to 2 days any order received before 4pm during the week will usually arrive in the main towns or cities the next day.  Allow up to 4 - 5 working days for smaller towns or rural areas.  

 We can arrange urgent Saturday Delivery and urgent same day delivery on request

If you have not received your parcel when you expect to please contact us and we will track it down for you.

We exchange, refund or credit where goods have been incorrectly described, are faulty or different from the sample shown to you.

However, we do not refund if you change your mind or chose the wrong size, colour etc.

Receipts are required.
